This individual will be responsible for all marketing administrative activities relating to the Company's Product Line. These activities include the coordination of seminars and tradeshows, managing the development, design and printing of all marketing materials and participating in client service. Job Specific Duties:

1. Coordinate all Marketing Materials & Activities
   • Manage releases of Product User Manuals.
   • Coordinate content, graphics, layout and printing of all marketing materials.
   • Assist with accumulating relevant information for website publishing.
   • Coordinate and participate in trade shows.
2. Coordinate Seminars and Tradeshows.
   • Coordinate room, food and other logistics with Hotels.
   • Contact and coordinate seminar sponsors from a predetermined prequalified list of potential sponsors.
   • Coordinate printing and distribution of marketing related materials (and other deliverables).
3. Learn Company Products
   • Complete training courses for all Company Products.
   • Coordinate training for clients.
   • Be able to talk intelligently about general capabilities of Company's Products.
   • Be able to professionally respond to customer inquiries regarding products or support inquiries.
