About RENEW International

RENEW International fosters spiritual renewal in the Catholic tradition by empowering individuals and communities to encounter God in everyday life, deepen and share faith, and connect faith with action.



RENEW International has over a 30-year record in revitalizing parish life in more than 150 dioceses in the United States, touching the lives of 25 million people through its ministry services. RENEW International has also reached many thousands outside the United States, having served people in 23 countries, across six continents and in 44 languages and dialects.

Structure and Canonical Status
RENEW International is a Roman Catholic ministry organization incorporated under the auspices of the Archdiocese of Newark. Most Reverend John J. Myers, J.C.D., D.D. is the Chairman of RENEW’s Corporate Board. RENEW International also has a 25-member advisory Board of Trustees.

On October 29, 2002, Archbishop John J. Myers, J.C.D, D.D., of Newark presented RENEW International with a Decree of Recognition officially recognizing RENEW International as a "private association of the faithful" under Canon Law of the Roman Catholic Church. The Decree further states that, "The statutes of RENEW International have been reviewed and they are found to be in proper order."

Stewardship and Fundraising
RENEW International has always been committed to the sound stewardship of the resources entrusted to us to fulfill our mission. To reaffirm that commitment, RENEW International is working in partnership with the National Leadership Roundtable on Church Management (NCRLM) to meet its Standards for Excellence.

As a Partner in Excellence, RENEW International joins a select group of Catholic institutions across America that have committed themselves to a series of 55 ethical criteria and accountability principles. These Standards for Excellence are intended to describe how the most well-managed and responsibly-governed Catholic nonprofits act in the areas of programs operations, governance, human resources, and financial management.

RENEW International is designated as a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization under the Internal Revenue Service code. All financial statements are audited annually by Max Bussel & Co. Theological Review
All of RENEW International’s current faith-sharing materials carry the Nihil Obstat of the Archdiocese of Newark Theological Commission and the Imprimatur of the Archbishop of Newark.
Interested Subcontractors PANYNJ Tenant Interiors 4WTC, NYC

Structure Tone is prequalifying subcontractors (all trades and services), including M/W/LBE, for tenant interior build-out of new 600,000rsf PANYNJ corporate HQ at 4WTC (150 Greenwich Street).

In order to receive bid packages, prospective subcontractors (including M/WBE firms) must complete a Prequalification Package. A complete prequalification packagemust be received by May 17, 2013.
